ALL PROCEEDS from this class will go to Give India to support the COVID-19 crisis.

In my classes, you can expect a combination of strength and mobility training, breathwork, and meditation — with a focus on creating a lasting movement practice on and off the mat.

A $15 suggested donation per class will be accepted through Venmo (@Em_Beth) for those who are currently employed and able to contribute.
